Estate planning attorney · Wealth planner
One plan: your wealth protected, optimized and growing, for generations.
Most families have an advisor and an attorney. Almost none have them talking to each other. I'm Ledly Jennings. I plan for the estate and the wealth, so your taxes, your accounts and your family's future get built as one plan, optimized, instead of pieced together and scattered.
The difference
Most families’ lives and finances are not coordinated.
The plan stops at whatever the person selling it happens to do. The advisor manages the portfolio. The attorney writes the documents. The CPA files the return in April. Everyone does their part, and nobody is responsible for whether the parts fit.
The problem
- Portfolio managed with no tax strategy behind the trades
- No one watching for the year a Roth conversion actually pays off
- Trust signed, then never funded, so the accounts skip it entirely
- Beneficiary forms that quietly contradict the will
- Giving and gifting that never connect back to the plan
The solution
- Investments managed with the tax bill in view on every decision
- Roth conversions and gain harvesting timed on purpose, year by year
- Estate documents drafted in-house, specifically to support the plan
- Account titling and beneficiaries matched to the documents, and kept current
- Giving structured deliberately, coordinated with everything else
What one plan covers
Four things most people get from four different places. If they get them at all.
Estate
Generational planning
Trusts, wills and beneficiary designations set up so the right people get the right things, and the plan still holds when life changes: a new grandchild, a divorce in the family, a business that grows.
Protection
Asset protection
Structuring what you've built so a lawsuit, a long nursing home stay or a bad marriage in the next generation doesn't undo a lifetime of work.
Taxes
Tax planning
Roth conversions, withdrawal order, charitable giving, business income. Every move gets looked at for what it does to your taxes this year, and twenty years from now, for you and for your kids.
Investments
Investment management
A portfolio built to fit the rest of the plan, not managed off on its own island. Growth, income and risk set around what your family actually needs the money to do.
Each piece is decided with the other three in view. That's the whole point. And it's rare to find all four under one roof.
Start wherever you are
Nobody walks in with everything figured out.
Usually it sounds more like: “I think we're doing okay. I'm just not sure it all fits together.”
You're building it
The money's there. The plan isn't yet.
You own a practice or a business, maybe you've got young kids at home, and retirement is a long way off. What you want is to know that if something happened tomorrow, your spouse and kids would be taken care of, and to stop wondering whether you're doing this right.
You've built it
Now you want it organized.
Accounts in five places. A will from years ago. A CPA who has never met your advisor. You want one cohesive plan where the taxes, the investments and the estate work together, and someone who keeps watching it after it's signed.
You just need documents
That's fine too.
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney. L. Jennings Law handles the legal work on its own if that's all you need right now. You can always add the rest later.
Working with me
One person who sees the whole picture.
No handoff to a junior associate. No call center. You talk to me at the start, and you keep talking to me after.
- We talk
A free, unhurried first conversation. What you have, what worries you, what you want for your family. Not a sales pitch.
- We build
Legal documents, tax strategy and investments designed together, each one checked against the others before anything gets signed.
- We keep it current
Laws change. Kids grow up. Businesses sell. We review the plan on a schedule so it keeps up with your life instead of sitting in a drawer.
I'm not going to hand you a binder and disappear. That's kind of the whole reason I built it this way.

Questions people ask first
Before you book.
Do I have to use both the law firm and the investment side?
No. Some people start with the legal work, some start with investments. Most end up wanting the whole plan once they see how the pieces connect, but that's your call, not ours.
How do you charge?
It depends on how you work with us.
- The whole plan. If you engage us to coordinate everything (legal, tax and investments together), it's one planning fee that covers it all.
- Investments only. Investment management on its own, under an advisory fee based on assets managed.
- Legal only. Estate planning documents on their own, for a flat legal fee quoted up front.
You'll know exactly what it costs before you commit to anything.
Who do you work best with?
- Established families who want the entire picture handled: taxes planned, assets protected, and one cohesive plan that carries into the next generation.
- Business owners who want their personal plan and their business lined up, including what happens to the business if something happens to them.
- Families with young children who want everything in place for a spouse and kids, and want to know they're doing it right early.
Where are you located?
We have offices in Little Rock and Magnolia, Arkansas, but we work with families across the state.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. Book a time and we'll talk. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you, and usually point you to someone who is.
One plan, built around your family.
Bring what you've got. An old will, a business you're building, a stack of statements nobody has looked at together. We'll tell you plainly what we see.
